While we were outside this weekend Davis said, "I've got a new idea! Let's blow out the sun so I can sit in the shade!"
He then suggested an alternate method of taking out the sun that involved balloons, but I couldn't understand that one well enough to reproduce it here. It sounded a bit like the master scheme of some comic-book-enemy-of-humanity.

A Season at Home
It has been three months.
Her world expands everyday. She is now mobile! Not crawling yet, but nearly there and definitely scooting/rolling herself to where she wants to go. She is firmly sitting on her own for as long as she likes, and she can pull herself into a stand if I take her hands in mine.
She loves a bath.

She laughs like crazy. [Mostly at the funny man currently known as "tiny bit" for the following typical exchange: Can I have some of this? No. Tiny bit?]
She cries when I leave the room. But not with as much conviction as before.
She is our sweetheart.

Almost Six and Still Pretty Funny
Tonight we were talking about how it is not a good idea to take a bath during a storm. Faith asked if this was "a rule from Obama."
